A few common questions

What if a student does not have an email address?

Contact the onboarding team before submitting the roster so we can confirm the appropriate setup with you. Do not invent email addresses or reuse another student’s address.

How do I export a CSV?

In Excel, use Save As and select CSV UTF-8. In Google Sheets, choose File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv). Keep the header row and the three required student columns.

What if I need to add students or correct an email?

Email the onboarding team with your name, school, district, and the requested change. Label additions and corrections clearly so we can avoid duplicate accounts.

What if I have not heard back after 24 hours?

Check your spam or junk folder, then contact the onboarding team. Include your school, district, and the date you sent your roster. Setup takes at least 24 hours and can take longer when information needs to be corrected.

What if a school device blocks access?

Ask your school’s IT team to check access to seedlyng.useassistiv.com and assistiv.site, and let the onboarding team know what error you see.
